1. About us
This store is operated by Hayden Treherne, trading as Little Legends Cards NZ, a sole trader based in Long Bay, Auckland, New Zealand. We, us and our refer to Little Legends Cards NZ.
By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Products
We make personalised keepsake cards to order, printed and presented in a magnetic display case, with a matching display easel and gift box.
Our cards are not official sports cards, trading cards, graded cards or limited-edition collectibles. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by any sports league, club, team or brand. Any serial number on a card is a Little Legends Hero Series number and has no grading, authentication or resale meaning.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged on your order and we cannot issue a GST invoice.
Payment is taken in full at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious error.
4. Your photos and content
When you upload a photo or supply details, you confirm that you own the photo, or have permission from whoever does, and that you have the authority of the person shown. If they are a child, you are their parent or legal guardian, or have that person's permission.
You grant us a limited licence to use your photo and details solely to design, proof, produce and deliver your order. We do not use your photo for marketing, social media or samples unless you separately give us permission.
We may decline any order where we believe the content is unlawful, offensive, infringes someone else's rights, or is not yours to use.
We keep your photo for 30 days after your order is dispatched, then delete it. If you need us to keep it longer, for a reprint for example, just ask.
5. Proofs and approval
We will email a digital proof within 2 business days of your order, before anything is printed. Approving your proof is your confirmation that the spelling, details, photo and layout are correct. We print exactly what you approve. See our Return and refund policy.
6. Delivery
See our Shipping policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, unless we have confirmed a specific date with you in writing.
7. Returns
See our Return and refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
8. Intellectual property
The Little Legends Cards NZ name, logo, card designs, templates, layouts and artwork are ours and remain ours. Buying a card gives you the physical card, not a licence to reproduce, resell commercially or create derivative designs from our templates.
Your photo remains yours.
9. Our liability
To the extent permitted by law, and except where the Consumer Guarantees Act applies, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
If you are acquiring goods for the purposes of a business, the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply.

11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction.
